LEAD OPERATIONS

Relay

A guided lead-operations demonstration that qualifies intent, structures context, routes the opportunity, and prepares a useful staff handoff.

Primary proof / Relay

Relay guided intake showing business context and a four-stage qualification workflow
Qualification logic the viewer can inspectThe operating context, intake sequence, and limitation are visible before a visitor runs the demonstration.

Context

A website can create demand while the business behind it still loses momentum through generic forms, repeated questions, and manual routing.

Constraint

Relay must explain qualification logic without implying that the public demonstration is connected to a production CRM or making clinical decisions for medical-office examples.

What we designed

  • Industry-specific guided intake
  • Intent, urgency, and context signals
  • Transparent qualification and routing logic
  • Customer response, staff brief, and next-action states

System / approach

The four-stage workflow moves from business context to intent, useful context, and handoff. It keeps the decision path visible rather than hiding it behind automation language.

Proof

The captured interface shows the live guided intake with its four-stage workflow and three operating contexts. The public page also states that its local demo state is not connected to a CRM.

What can be tested

Choose a business context and run a realistic inquiry through the public demonstration. Change the need, urgency, location, and context to inspect the route and staff brief.

Run Relay

Current status

Relay is a public internal demonstration. CRM integration is an approved direction, not a production connection represented by this interface.

Outcome

Current evidence is the working workflow demonstration. No client routing, appointment, staff-time, or revenue outcome is claimed.
